The new IQUNIX Q101 is already attracting attention in the gaming community even before its official market launch. With the Q101, IQUNIX is expanding its portfolio beyond mechanical keyboards and bringing its characteristic design philosophy to the gaming mouse market for the first time. The ultra-light mouse features a magnesium alloy casing combined with a striking, asymmetrical lattice design. In addition, the manufacturer promises a sensor resolution of up to 24,000 DPI, clearly targeting ambitious gamers who value precision and performance.
A special feature of the Q101 is its modular design. The central element of the top shell can be exchanged, allowing for individual design customization. Although many technical details such as the final weight, the sensor model used, or availability are not yet fully known, the current presentation suggests an exciting new addition to the premium segment. The IQUNIX Q101 is not yet available at InputGear, but we are closely following its development and will inform you as soon as further information or a possible sales launch becomes known.
Even within the InputGear team, the Q101 is already sparking discussions. David from InputGear particularly highlights the interchangeable mid-section as an unusual and innovative idea that has rarely been seen in gaming mice in this form. He was less impressed by the completely closed plastic cover, which was presented as an alternative to the open magnesium design. At the same time, he sees great potential in the modular concept and can well imagine that IQUNIX will release further cover variants and designs in the future. Should the manufacturer continue down this path, customization could become one of the most exciting unique selling points of the Q101.
